Which is exactly why we've decided to hold off on opening STILL Coffee Lab for now.
We want the time to taste more of the world's best beans, rotate them, and truly get to know them — before they ever reach your table. For us, slow isn't just how we brew; it's how we begin.
Every now and then, some of the beans we've been tasting are still in stock — and when they are, we'd love to share them with you to brew your own way at home. You'll find them here, under Shop.
And when the soft opening comes, we'd love for you to be there not as a guest, but as part of the process: come, brew your own cup, and critique us honestly. If you're up for it, reserve your seat under Reserve.
