Roasted beans are coffee after the transformation — after the green has darkened, after the sugars have shifted, after the origin has finally found its voice. The hard work is done. All that's left is to brew.
We roast in small batches, in collaboration with our roasting partner. Together we're refining the process — testing each origin carefully, learning how it responds to heat, building something we can fully stand behind.
The catalog won't launch until every roast has been tried and tested at our slow bar first. Before anything gets released for purchase, it has to earn its place on the bar — served to real customers, tasted in a real setting. That's the bar we've set for ourselves.
For now, we're in the research phase — cupping and exploring the beans we believe in, one origin at a time. Building slowly. Nothing premature. Nothing we haven't tasted ourselves, many times over.

When it's ready, you'll find a rotating selection of roasted coffees here — each one named, traced, described, and already proven on our slow bar. Single origin, small batch, roasted in collaboration with our partner. Nothing released until it's been trusted with our own customers first.
Cupping stock — while it lasts.
In the meantime, some of the beans we've been roasting for our cupping sessions occasionally have stock to spare. These are the exact same roasts we evaluate ourselves — not a separate product, not a discount batch. Just what's left after we've worked through a sample, still fresh, still worth your time.
